Stephen Chick - General Manager
Stephen brings extensive international golf management experience to the club, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional member and guest experiences. Stephen’s background spans from golf operations, event management, membership development and commercial partnerships, he is passionate about elevating standards while maintaining the traditions and spirit of the game.
Originally from Norfolk in England, Stephen worked for the Devere resort group in the UK for more than 7 years and during that period qualified as a PGA Professional member in 2012. This was followed by posts in Saudi Arabia, Blue Canyon Country Club Phuket, St Andrews Links in China and most recently serving as the General Manager for Pun Hlaing Golf Club in Yangon, Myanmar.
Since joining the club, Stephen has been committed to enhancing course presentation, service culture and member events, ensuring the club continues to be a destination of choice for both members and visiting golfers. He takes great pride in building a positive team environment and fostering a welcoming, inclusive golfing community.
Away from the course, Stephen remains an avid supporter of the game at all levels and enjoys engaging with members and guests to help make every visit a memorable experience at Laguna Golf Phuket.
Kannika Janjampa - Club Manager
Kannika Janjampa (Khun Karn) began her career in the Golf industry in 2006 as a Sales Coordinator for the revenue department at Blue Canyon Country Club. She later broadened her experience in the hospitality and tourism sector by working in hotel and tour online booking with Asia Web Direct for two years.
In May 2009, she returned to the Golf industry by joining Laguna Golf Phuket as Sales & Public Relations Coordinator. Then she progressed through key leadership roles, being promoted to Assistant Sales and Customer Service Manager in 2012 and subsequently to Assistant Club Manager in 2014. In 2022, she was appointed Club Manager of Laguna Golf Phuket, where she is responsible for overseeing all Golf operations and dr
Demonstrating strong expertise in Golf operations and customer service, Kannika has played an integral role in enhancing the guest experience, while continuously improving operational standards and service across the club operations.
Kannika is also a keen Golfer herself and regularly plays Golf on her days off and still chasing her goal to score under 100.

Sean Harrison - PGA Professional
With over 20 years’ experience as a British PGA Coach, Sean Harrison brings extensive knowledge and expertise to his coaching. He combines proven fundamentals with innovative techniques to create a unique learning experience. In selected lessons, Sean utilises TrackMan technology for in-depth analysis of swing mechanics and ball flight, ensuring that every player gains valuable insights into their game.

Kieren Beauchamp - PGA Professional
Kieren Beauchamp is a fully qualified PGA Professional with a strong passion for coaching golfers of all ages and abilities. His coaching journey has included an invaluable period at the prestigious Royal Troon Golf Club. In addition to the PGA qualification, Kieren holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, giving him a deep understanding of the biomechanics, performance principles and athletic development that underpin effective Golf coaching. Kieren has a particular enthusiasm for junior development and previously ran the Royal Troon junior program, working with over 100 young Golfers each week.

Asmitha Sathish - Assistant PGA Professional
Asmitha Sathish is an accomplished professional golfer and Assistant PGA Professional, fully certified by renowned Leadbetter Golf Academy. She combines her extensive background in golf with a genuine passion and technical expertise to create an enjoyable learning experience for her students. Asmitha enjoys working with golfers of all levels, from beginners just starting to seasoned players seeking to refine their swings. Her patient and encouraging coaching style fosters a supportive environment that helps build confidence and improve skills, making your golfing journey both enjoyable and rewarding.

George Ounstead - Assistant PGA Professional
George has spent the last decade competing both professionally and as an amateur across multiple tours in Asia and Europe as well as caddying on the DP world tour including a win at the Andalucia Masters at Valderrama. He is also a mind factor certified coach and has experience coaching adult’s and junior’s of all levels from beginner’s to elite player’s. George combines an enthusiastic style with his vast experience and knowledge of the game both tactically and technically even at such a young age.

Paul Chipolina - USPTR Tennis Coach
With almost 30 years of coaching experience, Paul considers Tennis his life and passion. Holding both USPTR (United States Professional Tennis Registry) and LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) certificates, he has coached from club level to NJT (Nike Junior Tour), WTA and ATP level.
