We are excited to announce that we will host the 2022 Asian Long Drive Championship from September 16th to 18th, with a Thai qualification round taking place on September 15th.
The event has a total prize fund of USD 80,000 and will feature long drivers from the Asia – Pacific region including New Zealand and Australia who will compete in three divisions (Open, Women’s 18 + & Masters Divisions 45+) with the winners of each division qualifying for the 2022 World Long Drive Championship later this year.
Competitors will tee off from a hitting platform situated 50 meters behind the 10th green hitting straight down to a marked hitting grid on the 11th fairway.
A stand and two large TV Screens will be erected at the hitting platform for spectators to watch the action and cheer on the competitors free of charge.
Please note during the set up and staging of this event the back 9 holes will be closed for regular play from Sep 14 – 19 and members who wish to play 18 holes during these dates will play the front 9 holes twice.
